Ground floor extension and full remodel

This family house had not been touched for the past 50 years and was in need of a full refresh. The owners had planned a rear extension to host a large kitchen/dining room but struggled with the layout overall. The new floorplan features a downstairs shower/utility room, a tv room and a large living room. The hallway has been fully remodelled to open up the space and create a direct view onto the newly built extension from the front door.

The design scheme is fairly modern with some Scandinavian touches and luxury finishes.
